As we continue to navigate the impacts that COVID-19 has had on our way of life, we remain focused on the health and safety of our families, employees, communities, as well as our customers and vendors.

On the business side of things, as we are all aware, COVID-19 has impacted all levels of the supply chain.  In combination with Reliant Systems’ continued growth we are taking additional efforts to maintain lead times, production, and shipping schedules to ensure minimal disruptions.  One of the key things is increased communication efforts with customers and vendors in order to get a better idea of forecasts and timelines needed by our partners.  The ultimate duration and scope of these disruptions remain unclear, so we feel it is important to work together to navigate and mitigate the effects this pandemic has on business operations.

We encourage our customers and vendors to communicate early and often to ensure seamless delivery timelines.

We sincerely appreciate your business, partnership, patience, and continued support as we remain committed to serving you.

Sincerely,
Reliant Systems, Inc.

We felt this article, "Supply Chain Disruptions and COVID-19" from Modern Materials Handling, illustrates a good comparison between typical supply chain disruptions and those caused by COVID-19.
