Reliant Systems, Inc. (RSI) is a vertically integrated designer and manufacturer of high precision linear and rotary positioning stages.  We specialize in custom, easy to integrate OEM motion assemblies that have been designed for a customer’s specific application.

Our positioning stages are found in metrology, inspection, and production tools used in the metrology inspection, laser processing, semiconductor inspection, medical & life sciences, additive manufacturing/3D printing, aerospace & defense, optics & photonics, and automotive industries.

Besides manufacturing products of our own design, we also offer build-to-print manufacturing for customers who have their own design and want to outsource production.  Our expertise and experience building precision motion hardware, along with our ability to measure performance, ensures that what we build will meet all specifications.

Dynamic Precision Manufacturing (DPM) is our precision CNC machining, Inspection and assembly shop.  Coupled with Reliant Systems capabilities, we are your source for precision automation and manufacturing solutions.

History

Reliant Systems, Inc. was founded in 2004 to support several OEM precision motion customers.  Reliant has grown by maintaining existing customers, expanding our customer base, and increasing our product offerings and capabilities with USA bench crafted motion assemblies.  Reliant Systems continues to beat the long lead times of inferior sourced overseas product with superior pricing and unmatched quality.  Our focus continues to be OEM customers who are looking for customized, easy to integrate motion assemblies that have been configured specifically for their application.

Our Employees

RSI's employees have extensive experience in designing and manufacturing precision stages going back to the mid 1990’s.  Because of the depth of experience RSI’s employees have in the semiconductor, motion assembly, and contract manufacturing space, RSI is an authorized service center for Newport Corporation.

Facility

Reliant Systems & Dynamic Precision Manufacturing moved into its current location just north of the Minneapolis, Minnesota metropolitan area in late 2019.  This state-of-the-art 40,000 square foot fully integrated facility houses our entire production and testing area in a class 10,000 cleanroom.  With a larger production, manufacturing, and office space, we are poised for future growth.  This makes RSI and DPM a fully integrated market leader for turnkey products in the Midwest.
